Method
 

Marinade Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a zesty marinade.
Beef Marination
  1. Add the beef cubes into the marinade and ensure each piece is coated well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes.
Threading Skewers
  1. Once marinated, thread beef cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each cube.
Grilling Skewers
  1. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, aiming for a total of 8 minutes for medium-rare.
Serving
  1. Remove skewers from the grill and let them rest. Serve hot in pita with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley.
