  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Homemade or canned
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced Use fresh for the best flavor
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Use nutritional yeast for vegan option
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped Omit if not available

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let sit.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  6. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the garlic and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Assemble bowls by placing broccoli at the bottom and topping with sliced chicken.
  10. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over chicken and broccoli.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
