  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup assorted bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 crusty baguette cut into rounds
  • Assorted mustards and dipping sauces

Method
 

  1. Heat your grill to a medium-high setting.
  2. In a mixing bowl, drizzle the sausages with olive oil and sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Skewer the grape tomatoes, bell pepper strips, and zucchini slices for grilling.
  4. Place both the sausages and vegetable skewers on the grill.
  5. Cook the sausages for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  6. Grill the vegetable skewers for about 8-10 minutes, flipping until tender and slightly charred.
  7. Arrange the mini mozzarella balls and fresh basil leaves on a large serving board.
  8. Once the sausages are done, slice them and place them on the platter alongside the grilled vegetables, mozzarella, and basil.
  9. Serve with the sliced baguette and your favorite mustards or dipping sauces.
