Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the low fat cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add in the dried basil, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper to combine.
  4. Stir half of the shredded mozzarella and half of the parmesan cheese into the creamy mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the marinara sauce.
  6. Spread half of the chicken mixture in the bottom of an 8-inch cast iron skillet.
  7. Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken layer evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining chicken and marinara mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before serving with baguette or crackers.
