- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the low fat cream cheese and plain Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add in the dried basil, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper to combine.
- Stir half of the shredded mozzarella and half of the parmesan cheese into the creamy mixture.
- In another bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the marinara sauce.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture in the bottom of an 8-inch cast iron skillet.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken layer evenly.
- Top with the remaining chicken and marinara mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with baguette or crackers.
