Step-by-Step Instructions for Turkey Pumpkin Chili
  1. Gather and prep your ingredients: dice the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the bell pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until the onions are translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the cumin and chili powder, and cook for another minute.
