- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Wash and core the apples, then slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- If desired, lightly brush the apple slices with lemon juice.
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the lined baking sheets.
- Mix together cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the apple slices.
- Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through for even drying.
- Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheets.
