  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Enhances the flavor

  • Lemon Juice Optional to prevent browning

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  2. Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Wash and core the apples, then slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. If desired, lightly brush the apple slices with lemon juice.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the lined baking sheets.
  6. Mix together cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the apple slices.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, flipping halfway through for even drying.
  8. Let the chips cool completely on the baking sheets.
