Method
 

  1. Begin by melting the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once the butter is fully melted, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about a minute until it becomes aromatic.
  3. Incorporate the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper into the mixture.
  4. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. In a separate skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium-high heat.
  6. Carefully place the salmon chunks into the skillet and sear them for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Drizzle the honey-garlic sauce over the nuggets, tossing gently to ensure they are well-coated.
  8. Let them cook for an additional minute to warm through.
  9. Take the skillet off the heat and sprinkle the salmon nuggets with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
