Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine freshly minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water until smooth.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in vegetable oil; heat until shimmering.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the hot skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables and pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Slowly add cornstarch mixture while stirring; cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
