  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Combine crumbled feta cheese with a drizzle of olive oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mixing gently.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
