- Preheat your oven to 350°F while greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and evaporated milk. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter and drizzle half of the caramel sauce.
- Spread the remaining batter over the chocolate chips and caramel.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
