  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional

  • cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder do not substitute
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt balances sweetness

  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips can substitute with dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows or regular marshmallows chopped
  • optional Crushed Graham Crackers for topping

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
