Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are crisp and centers are slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
