Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. On a large plate, combine the chopped bacon, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary. Mix well.
  4. Use plastic wrap to shape the cheese mixture into a log.
  5. Roll the log in the coating mixture until completely covered.
  6. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the fridge, unwrap, and garnish with arugula. Serve with crackers or crostini.
