Step-by-Step Instructions
- Crush the Oreos by placing them into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form, about 30 seconds.
- Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
- Form the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter, yielding around 20-25 balls.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for about 1 hour on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prepare the wings by cutting separate Oreo cookies in half to create around 30 halves.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted, about 1–2 minutes.
- Dip each chilled cookie ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still soft, press half an Oreo onto each side of the cookie ball for wings.
- Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes and ears, securing them with extra melted chocolate if needed.
- Let the completed cookie balls cool and harden on the parchment paper for about 30 minutes before storing.
