  • 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles oven-ready noodles
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken cooked, preferably rotisserie
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder omit if preferable
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce homemade or jarred
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Spread about 3 ounces of creamy filling on a cooled lasagna noodle, drizzle with Alfredo sauce, and roll tightly.
  4. Place each roll-up seam-side down in a greased casserole dish, pouring Alfredo sauce over the top, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350°F covered with foil for 20 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
