Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your cooking equipment.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even thickness of 1/2 inch.
  3. Layer turkey slices and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly and secure.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken roll in seasoned flour, then egg wash, and finally breadcrumbs.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet and sear the rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Prepare the sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, and gradually adding milk.
  9. Stir in Swiss cheese until melted and season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve the chicken drizzled with Swiss cheese sauce after resting for a few minutes.
