Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your equipment needed for cooking.
  2. Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound them to a uniform 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Layer each pounded chicken breast with turkey slices and Swiss cheese, then roll tightly.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs in separate dishes.
  5. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, coat with egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  6. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken rolls until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer chicken rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. In a saucepan, melt additional butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk to thicken. Mix in Swiss cheese until smooth.
