Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté ground chicken or turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked ground meat to the greased pie dish, then pour the egg mixture over it.
  5. Spoon the pizza sauce on top, spread the remaining mozzarella, and add optional pepperoni.
