Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until blended.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently until just combined.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling, then pour the remaining batter and top with the rest of the filling.
  7. Gently swirl the batter and filling with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the icing.
  10. Cool the bread for 10-15 minutes, then drizzle with icing before slicing.
