- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or a light layer of butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, green onions, onion powder, and salt until fully blended.
- Layer half of the Canadian bacon evenly across the bottom of the baking dish. Add all the diced English muffins, followed by the remaining bacon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the muffin and bacon layers completely.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle paprika over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
- For the Hollandaise sauce, whisk together the milk and sauce mix in a saucepan until thickened, add butter, and keep warm.
- Slice into 10 portions, drizzle with Hollandaise sauce, and serve warm.
