Preparation Steps
- Start by taking your store-bought pizza dough out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add your cooked spicy sausage and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Drain any excess grease from the sausage and set aside to cool.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle minced garlic over it.
- Add shredded mozzarella, crumbled feta, and then pile on the cooked sausage.
- Transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Drizzle hot honey on top right after removing the pizza from the oven, and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
