Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Allow to heat until shimmering.

  3. Sear the seasoned steak in the hot skillet for 4-5 minutes, turning halfway through. Transfer to a plate once cooked.
  4. Combine cooked rice, diced tomatoes, drained black beans, frozen corn, diced bell pepper, and diced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
