Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Gather your ingredients and a springform pan.
- Crush graham crackers until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar, and press into the springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time until mixed.
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Fold half into cheesecake filling, reserve the rest for swirling on top.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over crust, swirl in remaining strawberry puree. Bake for about 60 minutes.
- Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside for an hour. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
