Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Gather your ingredients and a springform pan.
  2. Crush graham crackers until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar, and press into the springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time until mixed.
  4. Blend strawberries until smooth. Fold half into cheesecake filling, reserve the rest for swirling on top.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture over crust, swirl in remaining strawberry puree. Bake for about 60 minutes.
  6. Turn off oven, leave cheesecake inside for an hour. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
