Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and hull 2 cups of strawberries, slice and toss with 1/4 cup of sugar, and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cut in 1/2 cup of cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Gradually add 3/4 cup of milk and mix until just combined.
  5. Pat the dough into a rectangle, cut out biscuit rounds, and place them on the baking sheet.
