Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, each about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway for even cooking, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  5. While the meatballs bake, whisk together honey, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar in a saucepan over medium-low heat until bubbly.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle the sauce over them and gently toss to coat.
  7. Garnish the meatballs with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
