- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it heats, slice the pitted Medjool dates lengthwise without cutting all the way through and fill them with goat cheese. Arrange in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine walnuts, fresh rosemary, orange zest, orange juice, ground cinnamon, and sea salt. Drizzle in olive oil and mix until coated.
- Generously spoon the walnut mixture over each stuffed date. Bake for 15 minutes until warmed through and walnuts are lightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey before serving warm or at room temperature.
