Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix ½ cup of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of mustard until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine 1 cup of bread crumbs with ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Brush each chicken thigh with the mayo-mustard mixture, ensuring full coverage.
