  • 1 lemon Lemon Zest Substitute with lime zest.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice Can substitute with vinegar.
For the Garnish
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped; no substitute necessary.

  2. Next, slice the salami into thin strips and halve each green olive. Add them to the mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Drizzle the prepared marinade over the cheese, salami, and olives, ensuring an even coating.
