  • 6 pieces Beef Sausages or substitute with chicken or pork sausages
  • 3 medium Carrots chopped
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers chopped
For the Savory Sauce
  • 500 ml Gluten-Free Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 pieces Bay Leaves remove before serving
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 medium Zucchini chopped
  • 200 grams Mushrooms sautéed
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional for heat

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot or skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and brown the beef sausages for 8–10 minutes.
  3. In the same pot, sauté chopped onions, carrots, and bell peppers for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in gluten-free stock, dried thyme, and bay leaves. Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Return the browned sausages to the pot and mix them with the vegetables and sauce.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, adding optional veggies if desired.
  7. Bake in the oven for 1 hour until bubbling and golden.
  8. Let the casserole cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
