Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until just combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls and add pink, purple, and teal gel food coloring to each, stirring to combine.
  5. Layer the colored mixtures in a loaf pan by alternating dollops of each color and swirling gently.
  6. Sprinkle edible glitter or colorful sprinkles on top, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  7. Once frozen, scoop and serve in decorative cups or cones.
