- Begin by creaming the butter with light brown sugar and vanilla extract, then mix in eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and spices until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough, flatten into discs, roll out and cut into pumpkin shapes, chill in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
