- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, minced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and half of the ketchup until just combined.
- Spoon the meatloaf mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Mix the remaining ketchup with brown sugar and mustard, then drizzle over the tops of each muffin.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the tops are browned and a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
- Let the muffins cool for about 5 minutes before gently removing them from the tin.
