Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh lemon slices, granulated sugar, fresh mint leaves, and rosemary sprigs along with the vanilla seeds. Gently massage the mixture for 3-5 minutes until the lemon juice is released.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a pitcher to separate the juice from solids. Discard the solids.
  4. Add 8 cups of cold water to the juice concentrate in the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
  5. Serve the lemonade over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint or lemon slices.
