In a mixing bowl, combine the white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
Arrange the salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and coat each fillet with the miso mixture.
Bake the salmon in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until tender and flaky.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest briefly.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
