- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Season the meat with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Layer the lasagna in a 9x13 inch baking dish, starting with meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat the layers.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, cover with foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
