  4. Add sliced carrots and bell peppers, and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  5. Incorporate snap peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, mixing it with the vegetables. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Toss the mixture for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
