- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season diced rotisserie chicken with salt and pepper, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and slightly crispy. Alternatively, grill or sauté over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, or until golden and aromatic.
- Combine the cooked chicken with sautéed garlic in the skillet, and stir in shredded cheese until melted and blended.
- Assemble wraps by placing a spoonful of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove wraps, let cool slightly, and slice before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
