- Chill glasses and soda water in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Drizzle honey on a shallow plate and coat the rims of the glasses in it, then dip into the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
- Fill each glass with crushed ice until 3/4 full.
- Pour the French vanilla coffee creamer over the crushed ice, then gently add orange juice.
- Top off each glass with soda water to your desired level.
- Serve immediately while chilled and fizzy.
