  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickle Juice or fresh pickles
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill or fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mini Pickles (Cornichon) for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely dice your cooked chicken and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, dill pickle juice, dried dill, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth.
  4. Grate sharp cheddar cheese and fold most of it into the dip, saving some for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar over the top, cover with foil, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with mini pickles or diced pickles before serving.
