Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and beat on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the large egg and vanilla extract, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white, milk, and dark chocolate chips along with the chopped pistachios.
