Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF (230ºC).
  2. Trim the tough, woody ends of the asparagus spears, about 1-2 inches.
  3. Cut the prosciutto slices in half crosswise.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with oil.
  5. Spread about ½ tablespoon of cream cheese in the center of each prosciutto slice.
  6. Wrap each prosciutto slice around an asparagus spear, securing the filling.
  7. Place the wrapped spears on the baking sheet, lightly spray the tops with oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  8. Roast the asparagus for about 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
  9. Remove and optionally sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
