In a medium bowl, combine the pulled pork with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the pork evenly.
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Evenly distribute the seasoned pulled pork over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle the black beans over the pulled pork, followed by the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, sour cream, jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
