  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Use sparingly for a pronounced impact.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Chopped nuts can be a substitute.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add 14 ounces of well-drained, extra-firm tofu, and cook for 3 minutes until golden.
  5. Incorporate 3 cups of chopped baby bok choy and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and a sprinkle of ground black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  7. Drizzle a teaspoon of sesame oil, stir gently, and remove from heat after 30 seconds.
  8. Serve over steamed rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds.
