- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh lemon slices, sugar, fresh mint leaves, fresh rosemary, and vanilla seeds. Gently crush to release juices and essential oils. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes.
- Cover the infused mixture and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight to maximize flavor.
- Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher, pressing to extract all the juice.
- Transfer the strained juice into a pitcher, adding 8 cups of cold water. Stir well to blend.
