  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves Garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme or dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the Pork
  • 1 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or vegetable oil
Optional Garnish
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
  4. Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towels after marinating.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork tenderloin.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade over the tenderloin in the skillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, remove the skillet and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and drizzle pan juices over the slices.
