Marination and Cooking
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder until well combined. Coat the fresh tuna steaks thoroughly in this vibrant marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. While the tuna is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Carefully place the marinated tuna steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
