Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each seasoned salmon cube with panko breadcrumbs and lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Place salmon bites on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket and bake for 12-15 minutes or air-fry until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey.
  6. Assemble the bowls with cooked rice, shredded cabbage, avocado, and shredded carrots.
  7. Top with the crispy salmon bites and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving.
