- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Boil salted water and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
- Mix the cooked beef with ricotta, Parmesan, egg, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, then stuff each shell with the beef mixture.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
