  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, Chinese five-spice powder, and sesame oil until well combined.

  3. Place your chicken thighs into a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour half of your delicious marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
