  • 1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo can substitute with regular mayonnaise

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice sticky type
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar mix with hot rice
  • 1/4 cup Furikake Seasoning can substitute with sesame seeds or omit
  • 2 stalks Green Onions finely chopped for garnish
  • 4 sheets Nori Sheets for scooping the bake

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces. Add softened cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Toss with rice vinegar while hot.
  4. Press the sushi rice evenly into the bottom of your baking dish. Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning on top.
  5. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice base. Sprinkle the remaining furikake seasoning on top.
  6. Drizzle additional Kewpie mayo and Sriracha on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve with nori sheets.
