- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces. Add softened cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Toss with rice vinegar while hot.
- Press the sushi rice evenly into the bottom of your baking dish. Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning on top.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice base. Sprinkle the remaining furikake seasoning on top.
- Drizzle additional Kewpie mayo and Sriracha on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with green onions, and serve with nori sheets.
