Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a small skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, whole milk, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Gently add ground beef and pork to the breadcrumb mixture, along with the cooled onion and garlic. Mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the meat mixture into the loaf pan, press gently, and smooth the top.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, grape jelly, vinegar, and mustard until well combined.
  7. Spread one-third of the BBQ glaze over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. After 45 minutes, remove the meatloaf and brush another third of the glaze on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with remaining glaze.
