Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the reduced-fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and light mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in Frank’s RedHot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  4. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the green onions along with your choice of cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Let it cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
